7 Things To Remind Yourself Daily

It's easy to wake up in the morning and think about almost every single worry you could possible have. However, it's also easy to remind yourself once a day that you DO matter. Here are 7 Things To Remind Yourself Daily...

You are beautiful.

Mirrors are our frenemies. We can stand in front of one and point out every single blemish possible. We see the wrinkles, the acne, the scars and all the things we wish we didn't have. Although, these marks and blemishes we see are our beauty. They mark the years we have lived through and how you became the person you are today. Every single dot and line is a reminder that we are human and YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.

You are worth every penny.

Don't even argue this one.

You can do anything.

Strong is powerful. Powerful is you. One can make anything happen if they set their mind to it. Scrolling through Pinterest one day, I came across a quote that had stood out to me. It read, "Be the girl who decided to go for it." Being such a simple and long-lived quote, you may ask how could a quote like that impact you so deeply? It impacted me so powerfully because it reminded me that if I don't follow my heart, pursue my dreams and attempt at success, then what is life? In life we learn, we grow, we succeed. That is why we have to tell ourselves to never give up because YOU CAN DO ANYTHING.

No one has the right to tell you who you are.

You are your own person. You make your own decisions. You are you.

Smile.

Smiling is the key to happiness. Have you ever been in a bad mood around others but didn't want them to know? What did you do? You probably put on a fake smile. You know what they say, "Fake it till you make it!" So SMILE.

Don't take the hate and negativity personally.

Let's be real, after posting your new photo with confidence, finding some hate down in the comments sucks. However, we can't let those little comments affect us. Most of the time the hate is coming from jealousy and insecurities that are trying to cope and find a way out of the problem. By doing so, they build themselves up by putting others down. It is so important NOT to listen to those comments, but to read them and show empathy for those who hurt with maturity.

You Are Amazing.

Two words. GIRL POWER.
